“Oh, the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are His judgments and unfathomable His ways!” (Romans 11:33 NASB)
“Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times things which have not been done, saying, ‘My purpose will be established, and I will accomplish all My good pleasure’;” (Isaiah 46:10 NASB)
“”For My thoughts are not your thoughts, nor are your ways My ways,” declares the LORD.” (Isaiah 55:8 NASB)
“”For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways and My thoughts than your thoughts.” (Isaiah 55:9 NASB)
“Great is our Lord and abundant in strength; His understanding is infinite.” (Psalm 147:5 NASB)
God has always known all things, including us! In all of God’s awesome knowledge, He is completely aware of everything about each of us.
God knows us to the most infinite degree, and He has always known us and will always know us. But in addition to knowing just us, God is omniscient, which means He knows everything about all things at all times! There is nothing God doesn’t know.
There is nothing that has happened or ever will happen that God does not know. His understanding or knowledge of a situation is not lessened by time. If God never changes, we can be assured that His knowledge and understanding don’t change either. There is nothing hidden from God—even the deepest secrets and thoughts of our hearts.
“O Lord, You have searched me and known me. You know when I sit down and when I rise up; You understand my thought from afar. You scrutinize my path and my lying down, and are intimately acquainted with all my ways. Even before there is a word on my tongue, behold, O Lord, You know it all.” (Psalm 139:1-4)
